We are looking for an experienced and dynamic QA Lead to oversee the testing and quality assurance process of our product. Key Responsibilities
Product Feature Delivery Responsibility
Ensure timely and quality delivery of product features, while collaborating closely with development and product teams.Team Leadership and Management
Lead the QA team, providing guidance, mentorship, and training. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.Process and Workflow Management
Set up and maintain QA processes for efficient project setup, sprint cycle testing, and continuous delivery pipelines.Stakeholder Communication
Maintain open communication with stakeholders and clients, providing timely updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
Automation Testing Implementation
Drive the implementation of automation testing strategies in both ongoing and new projects, ensuring scalable and maintainable test frameworks.Delegation and Task Management
